Here is a marvelous opportunity to market your products and/or services to the members of GKCMMA on our website, www.gkcmma.com. Over the last year, the website has averaged thousands of hits per month. This creates an outstanding opportunity to put your business name in front of a large audience.

Costs and specifications are listed below as well as digital format specifications.

Each ad must be placed for a minimum of one quarter, with a maximum of one year. Advertising space will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Extensions may be available dependent upon demand for advertising space. If there is a waiting list, only one location will be available at a time.

With a simple click of the mouse, an active link will direct viewers to your website. If you have your website and e-mail address as part of your demographics in the Business Partners section, they can also be directly linked as well.

Sponsorship Ad Specifications
The resolution must be 72 pixels per inch, which is 2.08 x 3.47 inches for a 150 x 250 pixel block. I know some programs output images at 96 ppi/dpi instead of 72, so an adjustment would have to be made for that. (Publisher does this for some reason.)

• Resolution - 72 dpi (pixels per inch) which is 2.08 x 3.47 inches for a 150 x 250 pixel block
• Aspect Ratio - 1.5:5 for Vertical ads (ad will be resized to 150x250)
• Accepted File Formats - .jpg, .gif, and .png files only
• No flash advertisements will be accepted.
• No animated flip advertisements will be accepted.
• Your advertisement can be linked to either your company website or an email address.

Your ad may be designed by anyone of your choice as long as they meet the above requirements. All ads are subject to final approval by the GKCMMA Executive Director or a Website Committee member. Your ad may be rejected or removed for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to comply to the above specifications
• Use of bright flashing colors in either the background or the text of your advertisement (known to trigger seizures).
• Content of an offensive nature e.g. use of racial slurs, sexual content or advertisements portraying or promoting illegal activities.

Advertising Costs and Duration

• Minimum placement is for one quarter, with maximum of one year length, payable to “GKCMMA” when you supplying your ad to the central office.
• All advertisements must be submitted for approval through the GKCMMA Central Office before posting to the website.
• You may extend placement of your ad for another quarter or year if there is no waiting list.
• Your name can be put on a waiting list for a specific page, if you desire.
